Overview
For brand owners and distributors who want to launch under their own brand but lack R&D or production capacity. Work starts at product definition: target market, price band, feature trade-offs and points of differentiation — deciding what to build before how.
During development we handle structural and electrical design, prototype build and certification submission, while the brand owner owns market definition and acceptance. Manufacturing runs at our facility or a nominated factory, with capacity and lead time written into the agreement.
IP ownership is allocated by contribution: commonly appearance and brand-related rights to the brand owner, platform and general technology to the developer, with each side licensed to use improvements. NDAs and non-compete terms are included.
