Overview
For companies shipping in volume where packaging is a material cost. Packaging specifications are fairly standardised, so pooling orders yields visible savings and also unifies packaging standards across plants or contract manufacturers.
Coverage includes corrugated cartons, honeycomb board, EPE/EVA cushioning, stretch film, strapping, labels and instruction sheets. Sample approval, printing (including multilingual marks and warnings) and delivery to your factory are included.
Drop and stacking tests can validate the pack design to reduce transit damage. Quarterly framework agreements with staggered deliveries keep inventory low.
