Overview
For continuous-duty air supply in machining, textiles, food and packaging. A direct-coupled PM synchronous motor removes belt transmission losses, bringing specific power down to 5.8 kW/(m³/min).
The inverter tracks air demand and avoids unloaded running; measured savings against fixed-speed machines run 20%–35%. Motor and airend share a shaft with no belts or bearings to service, extending maintenance intervals.
A 7-inch touchscreen and remote monitoring interface (Modbus RTU / TCP) are standard for connection to plant energy management. CE marking and pressure vessel certificates are provided as required by the destination market.
