The knowledge base is built from your own material — product manuals, specifications, quotation rules, FAQs and after-sales policy — so customers can ask in their own language and get an answer in the same one.
Channels include the website widget, email and social direct messages. Confidence thresholds and topic boundaries decide what is answered automatically: anything out of scope, or involving price negotiation or complaints, routes to a human with a context summary attached.
Deliverables cover knowledge-base structuring, corpus preparation, deployment and an agent workspace. After launch we run answer-quality reviews and suggest knowledge-base iterations.
