Standard Booth Build 9 sqm
Design, build, dismantle and on-site upkeep of a 9 sqm booth, including furniture, graphics production and basic lighting.
Overview
For conventional exhibiting where product display and customer conversations matter most. Within the organiser's shell scheme we upgrade the visuals — a unified graphic wall, product plinths, meeting table and literature rack — to avoid the improvised look of bare panels and a pull-up banner.
Graphics design (back wall, fascia, collateral), furniture rental, build and dismantle, plus on-site maintenance and minor fault fixes during the show are included. The build complies with venue fire and electrical regulations, so you do not deal with the venue yourself.
Rendering and construction drawings are provided; build starts the day before opening with a daily walk-through during the show. Larger footprints and added AV are quoted separately.
