Overview
For companies shipping prototypes, equipment or bulky exhibits to an overseas show. Exhibit freight differs from ordinary cargo in its hard deadlines, temporary import formalities and return arrangements — a delay at any step leaves an empty stand.
The service covers packing (crates and shock protection), export declaration, international transport, temporary import formalities in the destination country, venue delivery and positioning, then return or local disposal after the show.
An ATA carnet waives temporary import duty and deposits, which suits prototypes and demonstration equipment. Customs documentation and clearance agent liaison are included. Start six to eight weeks before the show.
