Overseas Business Mission & Client Visits
Itinerary design, customer and channel appointments, interpreter accompaniment and a market observation report.
Overview
For companies that want to understand a market beyond what an exhibition shows. The itinerary is not sightseeing — it is organised around seeing real trade: visiting retail points selling comparable products, meeting prospective customers and channel partners, and touring industrial parks or factories.
We handle target screening, appointment setting and confirmation, travel and transport, business interpretation, meeting minutes and a debrief report. How many meetings land depends on fit; six to ten meaningful meetings over three to five working days is typical.
The closing report covers observed retail price bands, channel mark-up structure, what customers actually care about, and a follow-up list.
